The SMiDSY FGHM-1 HEADLIGHT MODULATOR A Modulator doesn't flash your headlight, but pulses it at 240 times a minute. The light dips from full to half power 4 times a second, this really does catch the attention of other drivers.

In line with US DOT requirements, the unit has a daylight sensor and will only operate during daylight hours. Modulation can be turned on and off by pressing the pass light switch.
Because of the video frame rate, the modulation looks uneven, this is not the actual case.
